1. A CONTRACT
1.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy products from our website. We will send you an email that we have received your order. If you have not received an email within 48 hours, please do contact us to avoid any dissatisfaction. In the unlikely event that the products are no longer available, or that we have made pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of website use.
1.2 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purpose only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display on any color will accurately reflect the color of the actual products.
1.3 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

2. PAYMENTS
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, forfeit the ownership of any products purchased. If no payment is received, no products will be shipped. We are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the product. If any harm is incurred from the products purchased by the buyer, we share no responsibility.
3. DELIVERY
A third party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery services. Some areas may take longer to deliver due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery address. We aim to dispatch products on the same day when the order was placed, however it may take up to 7 working days, depend on the time of the year. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of the purchase. Shipping costs may be higher and subsequently will take longer if shipping internationally. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will not be held responsible.
4. OUR RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
Products must be returned unused and in the original condition they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to make a replacement order, you can do so via our website.
If you would like to return a gift, you will need to ask the gift-giver for their order reference number, as well as the delivery postcode or email address associated with the order. Refunds must be made to the original method of payment.

How to return something
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
Take reasonable care to ensure that items are returned safely and not damaged in transit, especially with fragile items. Please include original packaging where possible.
Please keep a copy of your proof of postage until you have been refunded for your returned items, in case we experience any issues receiving your return.
Faulty and incorrect items
Please get in touch with us straight away, with as much information as possible, including: your order reference number, the item that is incorrect or faulty, and a clear photo of the incorrect or faulty item.

If a faulty item is returned to us without prior correspondence with our Team, we are only able to refund a standard postage cost of £4.99.
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Multibuy promotions
In the unfortunate event that you’re not happy with product(s) from a multibuy offer, and you would like to return an item or part of the order, we will refund the item(s) at the discounted price purchased, in line with the promotional offer. Please be aware any free item(s) not returned will be deducted from any available refundable value.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligations under any contract which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of the contract or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the Terms and Conditions of any contract contained herein.
6. CANCELLATION
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. To cancel your order, you must tell us in writing – by letter, fax or e-mail but not by telephone. The buyer has seven working days to cancel the order and this will end seven working days from the day you received products. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
7. MODIFICATIONS
We reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions of this contract at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised contract on our website.
