Penne Salad

Ingredients 

  • Penne pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes, Garlic Cloves, & Fresh Basil
  • Olive oil, Salt & Pepper
  • Feta Cubes

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil along with 1 tablespoon of sea salt and olive oil. Cook the pasta al dente. Drain, but do not rinse the pasta.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, chopped basil salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl. Stir and let sit while assembling the rest of the salad.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients with the cooked pasta. Stir to coat everything in the dressing.
  4. Serve or refrigerator until ready to eat.
